We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses or military mail addresses.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. These are separate timeframes; weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded from processing business days. See our Shipping Policy for delays and tracking.

Standard shipping is free on a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after any discounts and before tax. Below $59, the standard shipping charge is $6.99 per order.

Lay out your actual items and measure the largest piece. Compare with the exterior dimensions on the listing, leaving space for seams, lining and the opening. Exterior measurements are not usable internal dimensions. Our Find Your Fit guide walks through the process.

No. PU is a leather-look synthetic material. Genuine cowhide is identified separately in the product details. Choose by the listed material rather than the appearance of a photograph.

Lighting, screen settings and natural material variation can affect how a color looks. Check all available photographs and the selected style name before you add a bag.

Start with a soft cloth and gentle spot cleaning. Avoid soaking, strong detergents and direct heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless the specific care instructions explicitly allow it. Read our Materials & Care guide for more.

Our collection is selected for adult everyday outings and casual short trips. We do not offer children’s school bags, powered backpacks or protective equipment. A capacity listing is not a load-safety rating.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Keep the item unused and in its original packaging. Returns go to WonderKids Toys LLC, 2941 S 140TH ST, SEATAC WA 98168-3802. We cover return shipping for defects, wrong items or shipping damage; for other reasons, you cover it. See our Refund Policy for inspection and refund details.
