We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please use a complete street address that can receive parcel deliveries.
Two parts to your delivery.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing and transit are separate: the transit estimate does not include the time needed to prepare an order. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather and carrier disruptions can affect delivery.
Simple standard shipping.
Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $59 or more. Below $59, standard shipping costs $6.99 per order. The threshold is calculated after any applicable discounts and before tax. Your shipping charge is shown before you place an order.
After your bag is on its way.
We provide shipment details and tracking when available. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. An order containing more than one bag may arrive in separate parcels; this does not increase your quoted shipping charge.
Changes, delays and missing parcels.
Check your address before submitting an order. If it needs to change, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has progressed too far for an address update.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised dispatch estimate and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund. If a further delay becomes necessary, we will ask for your consent again or cancel and refund the unshipped items.
If tracking looks unusual or a parcel is missing, contact us so we can look into it with the carrier. If an order cannot be delivered, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund. For a damaged or incorrect item, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
